About Us

Start Talking was founded in 2016 with a mission to enhance access to quality behavioral health services. Initially partnering with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), we began our journey with a small team of dedicated providers. Over the years, we have expanded significantly, now boasting a network of over 300 therapists across 43 states. In 2025, we embraced the future of healthcare by launching our telehealth services, allowing us to bill insurance, accept self-pay options, and collaborate with businesses and institutions to ensure comprehensive behavioral health support for all.
